Through Ashtanga yoga classes, six days a week. Ashtanga yoga is a traditional form of yoga from South India that incorporates mindful breathing with a progressive series of postures. This generates internal heat, which aids in the detoxification and purification of the body. The results are improved circulation and digestion; a lighter, stronger and more flexible body; a calm nervous system; and a clear mind.
Time in nature is vital for rejuvenating our minds and spirits. We will hike or walk outdoors six days a week. You are also encouraged to spend time near the ocean if you are able to.
Nourish your body with daily green juice and superfood smoothies. This will provide your body with important nutrients for optimal function. The rest of the day is up to you. I will outline some food suggestions and meal ideas. It is encouraged to start becoming more aware of what you eat and how it affects you. Drinking plenty of water, reducing caffeine, alcohol, sugar and processed foods is recommended and may occur naturally over time. As we begin to care more for our bodies, we often will naturally make better food choices.
Through a daily gratitude practice. You will be provided with a gratitude journal and required to write 5-10 things a day you are grateful for. This will help us shift our focus and rewire our brains to all the good around us. This practice can be very powerful and help us develop a more positive outlook in our lives. There truly is so much good, if we only take the time to realize it!
We are all in this together. Connection and community are important aspects of overall health and well being. In this program I will be checking in with you daily and being an accountability partner. Ultimately, you have to do the work, but I will be there guiding you, supporting you and cheering you on. Feel free to get a group of friends together to share in the journey with you!

Over the course of 40 days I will be at your door 6 days a week to guide you through the Ashtanga yoga practice and a hike or walk outdoors. I will also provide you with a green juice and superfood smoothie daily, along with food recommendations. You will receive a gratitude journal and will be expected to write 5-10 things you are grateful for each day. I will be supporting you, encouraging you and holding you accountable throughout the entire process. How good can you feel?
